Adrian Sullivan

Adrian was admitted to the bar in 1992 and his major area of work is in residential conveyancing. Adrian attends to buying and selling property, leases, subdivisions, development and finance. He also has specialist skills in the area of Taxation and Accountancy, Trusts and Estates. In recent years Adrian has become extremely familiar with EQC claims and transfers when doing conveyancing on Canterbury properties. Adrian is also very competent at perusing building contracts to ensure you are entering into the best deal when building your home.
